Dr. Vail and her staff are excellent! The front desk is happy to answer any questions and so friendly! I never have to wait long for my appointment, but the 5-10 minutes I’ve waited aren’t bad because of the TV and refreshment station in the waiting room. The assistants are very nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Vail is the perfect amount of professional and funny, which makes you more at ease during your appointment. The office is clean and beautifully decorated. Although I hope I never have to, I’ll return to this office for any future Endodontic needs. Very impressed!
