Nichole is hands down my favorite personal trainer! She always manages to kick my butt and make me laugh, all at the same time. Unlike my workout DVDs, Nichole's workouts are customized for my needs and desires. My sessions with her are not only great for my body, but are immediate stress relievers. Two thumbs up and 5 stars! ;)
