  I have been seeing Karen for numerous years and she and her staff (I have also received treatment from Sarah) are absolutely incredible. Initially, I sought acupuncture to help manage severe and uncontrolled-by-medication seasonal allergies. My allergies were so severe that I was following my doctor's recommendation and taking multiple allergy medications each day. It was awful. I heard about Karen from a friend and could not be more grateful to have found her!! I can say that, as of today, I am off of all allergy (prescription and over the counter) medications due to the treatment I received from Karen!! In addition, I have used acupuncture from Karen and Sarah for issues related to the flu, sinus infections, pain management after injury, stress management, and general health/wellness. It is affordable, effective, and has far fewer side effects than most Western Medicine treatments. If you are looking to improve your health, I highly recommend Karen, Sarah, and the Alpenglow Acupuncture staff. This is a top notch place!

  I have been struggling with a vertigo condition for over a year and acupuncture with Karen and Sarah is really my only relief. As long as I go to get treatment from them consistently my condition is manageable. I'm back to working out and doing my other activities I thought I would never get to do again. Don't worry... It doesn't hurt and it isn't woo-woo weird. What's great is that their holistic approach to wellness treats my whole body so I leave feeling less anxious and less stressed with a calm demeanor, ready to take on the world!

  I have been going to Karen for acupuncture for close to 4 years! I like to go 2-3 times a month because it helps so much with both mind and body problems. Its affordable ( much more reasonable than 2 other places i have gone) with caring and friendly staff. I also love to see Sarah. You cant go wrong with either acupuncturist. I cant say enough about the benefits of acupuncture. I cant tell you why, but i love it.

  I have always embraced alternative forms of healing but never had a reason to consider acupuncture - until last fall when I was diagnosed with Bell's Palsy. I was scared and frustrated and a friend suggested trying acupuncture for help with my symptoms. Karen and Sarah took me into their care and I began experiencing relief - and regained hope. They answered my questions and reassured me throughout every step of my intensive treatment. They helped me regain the energy that I was lacking and addressed my symptoms through acupuncture, diet, and herbs. While I have recovered, I continue to visit Karen and Sarah for acupuncture because of the benefits I have experienced - my stress is lower and I just feel better overall. Thank you to everyone at Alpenglow Acupuncture for opening my eyes to a whole new approach to healing and wellness!
