  Rooms are a bit out-dated but not bad for a 3 star hotel. Fair priced. Customer service on the other hand, depends on the time of day and weather, I guess. The check-in girl, Amanda, clearly did not like her job and seemed a bit bothered when we were checking in. No eye contact, very short answers, maybe 10 words through the entire process. When we requested the shuttle for the next morning, she stated "It's full" and left it at that. Luckily my wife called down later, to inquire about the shuttle service again, and a totally different clerk had began her shift. Linda is what hospitality is about. She apologized for our gripes, even had us smiling from ear to ear as we finally went to bed. THIS clerk took the time to inform us how the shuttle service ran, borrowed and booked us seats from neighboring hotels for the next morning and was adamant that we came down 20 minutes early so we could enjoy breakfast before we departed. At check-out, Ruby and the breakfast lady were a welcoming start to our day. We would definitely stay again.
