  Where would my family be with out Amy?! She is not only the consummate professional, but she is the most kind, joyful, caring, and enthusiastic person you could ever hope to have coach your child. Amy worked with our son for a little over 2 years identifying his speech issues and re-training his oral skills. Later she helped us to identify some reading issues he was having. Amy not only works brilliantly with your child, she even coached us as parents through the process. Her home office is warm, inviting and the perfect setting to make a child feel comfortable, safe and at ease. Also on occasion (usually while traveling) we would do our sessions remotely on our computer which is a fantastic option allowing us to not fall behind. Honestly I could go on and on, but plainly put Amy is a rockstar, and anyone would be fortunate to have her work with their child.

  Amy worked with our daughter who has Auditory Processing Disorder, reading comprehension and short term working memory deficits for the past year. Our daughter is very shy and lacks confidence in the classroom and from their very first meeting Amy was incredibly enthusiastic and became her learning coach, more accurately identifying the root cause of her challenges, working with her through strategies to overcome them and leading her to success! Amy coached us along the way, too, which improved all of our productivity in dealing with some very frustrating issues. She accomplished so much in one short year. It is clear that Amy has a unique ability to relate to children with complex language problems and her passion and enthusiasm for what she's accomplishing one on one is inspiring. We are so blessed that we found her and we are forever grateful for the positive impact she's made on our daughter's life. We can't speak highly enough about her specialized expertise, work ethic, positive personality and results!

  Amy is incredible! She has been working with our son over the past few years who has verbal apraxia. He has so much confidence after working with Amy! Amy is the best! So much compassion and understanding of her patients need and goals. If you are looking for a wonderful speech therapist, I highly recommend KidSpeak!

  "Miss Amy," as we call her, makes speech therapy fun for kids! Amy is incredibly creative with the ways she incorporates speech techniques into fun activities and games. Every week, there was something new and fresh to keep my daughter interested and engaged, and Amy was great about encouraging her and giving positive reinforcement. Her personality is upbeat and welcoming with a voice that commands attention, yet in a non-threatening way. My daughter just loved her and actually looked forward to her sessions. The little treats and rewards at the end were a highlight for her, and kept her motivated. Amy puts her heart into her work, and her enthusiasm shined each and every week we saw her. She is solution and results-oriented, and when presented with a challenge, she catered to my daughter’s specific needs to find a method that worked. She also provided us with tools and handouts to continue practice at home. Look no further — you can’t find a better speech therapist than Amy! She is truly special and has a gift to share!

  Amy is wonderful with children and really understands the science behind speech therapy. I was so impressed with her knowledge of different curricula and how they could be tailored for individual children's needs. I cannot say enough about how comfortable she made us all feel. You will not find better!
