Took 4 times to get my car actually fixed. I swear the one lady just thought I was a prissy- know nothing about my car- girl, because I came back 2 times and I'd tell her there was an issue but she didnt see it. Finally the manager guy, I dont remember his name, but he got the issue fixed. Very nice. Super professional. Took way more time than preferred but overall very happy.

Superb work and wonderful service. I really expected to be able to look closely and somehow tell the new rear bumper apart from the original but it absolutely looks brand new. The paint is perfect and the fit is perfect. When someone backs into your new Porsche you've only had for 3 months it is frustrating and makes you feel like you can't leave your car parked anywhere without watching it constantly. But now that this is fixed, it's very comforting to see this done and know that it's actually possible to "undo" damage and make it look like it never happened. We could not be happier!

Great customer service on my Porsche 911. They are certified Porsche and did an immaculate repair on my rear bumper. I highly recommend them. They understand the importance of taking care of these cars and quality. They treated my car like it was their own and got it back spotless. Everyone there was a pleasure to do business with. Thanks so much for fixing my baby! A++++++

Customer service (Theresa) from the get go went above and beyond to help accommodate my large family vehicle. The team at AutoNation got on the phone for me and negotiated getting me the proper rental, and making me feel trusting in the whole experience. Hope I never have to send my car to a body shop but if I did I would definitely send it back to AutoNation North and hope to have Theresa handle my claim!
