  (Updated Feb. 2019) Front office staff Marc and Nikki have left due to promotions. Mgmt Ronda is still great to work with. The entire complex is very clean and the head of maintenance is a great guy and stays on top of everything in addition to the top notch housekeeping staff. Security is tight and buffed up, access control is present everywhere, as well as surveillance cameras. You have a lot of liberty at this place, and Presley does not infringe upon that. Overall a great place to stay. Amenities like the workout facility and the coffee machine are a great plus to have. Very close to downtown with a ten minute stroll.

  New resident, but during the application process through move in Marc Kerr has been awesome to work with. Every question was answered immediately & the property looks great so far.

  I am a relatively new resident here and I have enjoyed my time living here so far. The location, amenities, and office staff are great including Marc who is always there if you have any questions at all. I would definitely recommend Presley Uptown to anyone who is looking for a place to live in Charlotte!

  We have been living here for past 12 months. The place is great and we faced no issues whatsoever. I read in other reviews about thin walls so you can hear neighbors, but we did not experience any of that problem.
  The staff is great and very helpful. The management host regular community events (atleast 3 each month) that enables us to meet with several residents.
  My only feedback to management would be to setup a car wash area for added convenience.

  I toured the community on Saturday afternoon with a friend of mine and had the pleasure of meeting Marc. Marc was the only one working in the office at that time but still made us feel warm and welcome. He took the time to give us a very thorough and detailed tour and outlined all the amenities perfectly. I really appreciated his warm spirit and his willingness to answer all of my questions. He is a huge asset to the community. Although I decided not to rent from this community I will never forget his friendliness and humble demeanor.
