  I love this place! Great food and even better service. The owners are very kind. My favorite order is a custom pizza - add some jalapenos, red onions, and pineapples on their specialty meat & cheese deluxe pizza and thank me later!

  Great food & service. You can bring your own wine, which is great. + If you want a quiet place to hang for a bit, this place is perfect. Depending on the time of day you go. Which is main reason I go. Chill & relax ????

  It s one of the best Italian restaurants. The pizza is amizing. All the food are very delicious. The service is perfect. I really recommend it.

  The establishment has been under new ownership and new management since October. Unfortunately, a lot of these reviews are representative of complaints for the old restaurant in this location which does not depict an accurate representation of the current situation or ownership.
  
  I really like this place, I don't cook so I come here and pick up my dinner to take home with me every day since they opened. I have not had anything on the menu that I did not like and most importantly the staff are polite, quick, and they remember all of their regulars which is always nice! (Like another reviewer also mentioned, the bread they use on their burgers is incredible. Coming from an Italian Restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with how good the burgers are).
  
  The complaints about the prices are erroneous, considering I pay a lot more for specialty pizzas from local eateries in downtown Houston around my office that provide smaller portions and a lot less toppings than what Il Palio offers me close to home. Their prices are on par, if not better than, other similar establishments.
  
  The price is obviously going to be more expensive than Dominos and Pizza Hut, because you are paying for a higher quality of ingredients. If you want fast food prices, and fast food quality, then recognize that you are not their target market to begin with...just go to Little Ceasars in that case and take your $5 "pizza" and go home.
  
  But if you are like me and do not mind an extra few dollars for fresh, hand-made food made with quality ingredients, then this may become your next favorite local eatery, too.

  I really enjoy this little place. It's a "go-to" for me if I want something delivered to the house quickly. However, we do dine in sometimes. The place is always clean, and the staff is always polite and pretty speedy. My family likes the variety of food on the menu, and so far no one has eaten anything they didn't like. My favorite is definitely their Hamburgers. They are big, and the bread is amazing.
