The doctors are great, however when you call to get information to get s0mething you need. The people there are rude, and lazy. They take forever to get back to you, or they want to transfer you and ask you to call someone else. Me and my wife have been trying almost 2 weeks to get a hold of someone just to find out what our out of pocket cost is going to be for a biopsy. And we cant even get that information from anyone. We have talked to 4 or 5 different poeple and nothing. We leave voicemails and nothing. They have been rude, and sound like they dont' want to help us. I have been going to physicians at sugar creek for 10 years, and have never had this problem.
Dr. Wang is exceptionally patient and kind. He took his time and went over all my conditions and problems very thoroughly. He sets my referrals, and collates all the data they send, to ensure that my medications and treatments are compatible with each other.
Additionally, I have not yet experience any wait time over 10 minutes, and that is so rare at a doctor's office.
I highly recommend Dr. Wang for anyone seeking a primary care physician.
