  The staff was wonderful. The office is very clean. The technician that did the exam was pleasant and courteous. There was a very short wait before we were called back. The exam did not take long at all. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

  Took my daughter in for an appointment, and it was the best experience ever.From making an appointment to the end of the visit.Everyone so helpful and so professional. Definitely will come back again if needed! You guys rock!

  I went to One Step Diagnostics immediately after my physician told me to get a CT scan. I have Bell's Palsy and am taking medication for it, but the doctor did not see any improvements. So, just as a precaution, she wanted me to get a CT scan done as soon as possible to rule out the possibility of a stroke. Since this is the first time I had experienced something like this, I was a bit scared. I called a different imaging center first to see if they could schedule me immediately. They said it would take them 7 to 14 business days to get authorization from my insurance. I then called One Step Diagnostics and a kind lady by the name of Donna picked up. I explained the situation to her and she also explained to me that it would take 7 to 14 business days for authorization from my insurance. However, Donna went above and beyond for me and suggested that I come and that she would try her hardest to get the insurance to comply. I was very glad to hear that from her. Within 30 minutes of arriving at the clinic, Donna was able to communicate with my insurance and resolve the issues. She saved me a lot of time, money, and headache in that short amount of time. Thanks to the staff, especially Donna, I was able to get my CT scan the same day and the report reached my Physician with in the next 2 hours. I greatly appreciate Donna for her help and, because of her, I can't see myself going anywhere else in the future for anything like this. Thank you so much One Step Diagnostic and Donna!
