  Don't understand poor reviews, unless they are old complaints which have been corrected. Mom just died with Hospice at Baywood, where she had been for just a few weeks. The care and consideration was exceptional, for Mom and us. I would not have put her in Hospice if she would lose her care team at Baywood. The were wonderful.

  Parents are currently receiving rehab there. The nursing staff is competent, and the attitudes of workers are compassionate and cheerful. We do feel they are stretched thin but doing the best under the circumstances of being short staffed at times. I would stay on top of medications just to be sure they are getting them. Overall satisfied.
