Recently, Jose helped schedule our appointment and he was very helpful. Very friendly and did not mind us asking him so many questions as to what was clogging the drain. It was a great experience from start to finish and I would undoubtedly recommend this company.
We had a great experience with Maddox Plumbing Services. Peter, the service tech, was extremely helpful and knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. He answered all of our questions and worked to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. He was very nice and took his time to make sure the job was done correctly! We were very thankful that he came out on such short notice! We always recommend them.
If you need plumbing repairs call Maddox Plumbing. Excellent company with awesome employees. Have used them twice to replace all water lines, much of the drain lines, gas lines replaced and had ejector and sump pump repairs. Quality was top notch. Both times Jose quickly came out, even on evenings and weekends and gave an accurate and complete estimate at a reasonable price. His superior knowledge made the whole job go smoothly.
