  My experience was fantastic. I was initially attracted to the facility because the rate was lower than other nearby parking facilities. The lot was covered, and upon my arrival the attendant directed me to the location of some open spots and radioed the driver to come to that row to pick me up.
  
  On my way back, the shuttle was there waiting when I arrived, which was unexpected. When I got to my car, the battery was dead due to a light that got left on in my car. They proceeded to bring a charger to jump the car and even provided some water bottles while we waited, all free of charge. Workers were friendly and helpful.

  Was told at the gate that a reservation is required to park, but then was allowed to park anyway so I still don't understand that part. The shuttle drivers were great and my truck was untouched when we got back.
