  This is a busy shop that does fantastic work at decent prices which is fantastic. The only con that I can (un)reasonably think of is that parking here is a little insane - the street is literally packed filled with cars/trucks/trailers and you just have to do what you can do to find a spot. That said back to my first comment, this is a great shop that does high quality work so you should definitely be going here!

  Rob and the team at A&B trailer hitch are GODSEND. If you have a commercial vehicle that needs lift gate installation, or a box truck that needs repair, these are the guys to go to! For commercial truck repair, your options are unfortunately limited in the area. I searched far and wide, called around in desperate need of a lift gate installation before peak business season. We can't begin to explain the horror stories we dealt with, even just trying to get the job quoted from what were supposed to be reputable service shops. We were at an absolute loss. Called shops from Hayward to San Jose to Livermore to Tracy and even Sacramento. And then we found Rob!
  
  Rob was extremely courteous, professional and knew his stuff! He got our truck in and repaired on short notice and the job was well done! Here's the cherry on top, he was able to beat the prices of every single place we called, even installed a jump seat and welded some damage to our corner cap on the box truck. All the electrical work was done flawlessly. Our truck was up and running in a couple of days, just in time for our peak business season. I would recommend anyone looking for lift gate repair and installation, box truck repair, or other commercial truck repairs to save yourselves the headaches we went through, and just come here first.

  I wasted so much time and money at other places in the Bay Area trying to get wiring, hauling knowledge, safety, correct work, etc. I wasted a good part of my life and a lot of money. Online purchases? All wrong and all messed up.
  
  Then I found this place! No one knows more, and can do more, than this place. Worth the drive. Stay away from other places who offer rack work, hitch work, etc. They can do hitches, axel work, custom older car hitches, they can do trailer work, brakes, fix you up with the safe rig you need.... I am so serious. Please don't go anywhere else if you value your safety and good work. Worth every penny.

  Can't go wrong with these guys. Always willing to help out. Give a call, set up a time and if you're willing to hang out for a bit you're going to go away happy! We bring all of our vehicles from San Francisco here. Robert and his crew are great!
