  The service component of this dealership was amazing at working my car's issues. The service advisor reached out within 90 minutes of me dropping off my car with an initial evaluation and was able to get me good advise on how to proceed with said repair. Kept up to date the entire way plus was completely reachable via email which was ideal for me when I was at work. Car repair done with urgency plus got offered a Uber since their shuttle service had not started when I dropped off and had ended when I was off work to go pick up my car.

  Great customer service experience again, thanks to Raymond! I’ve been servicing my vehicle here for years. Raymond is always very professional and efficient. Even though I had to wait for 3.5 hrs in the dealership, I knew it was time well spent and all issues were addressed to my utmost satisfaction.

  Went back again for service and still no complaints after 1 yr and 6 months later.
  They have moved in a bigger and cleaner location in San Carlos which we love already.
