  I worked with Kat at Sharrett! She went above and beyond with every question I had from an initial phone call to drive a Subaru to driving a my purchased Mazda. She truly listened to my comments about what features I wanted and liked - and made a suggestion from there. She stayed after with me to explain new features about the new car. Kat, her manager, and Ronnie were wonderful to deal with and talked with you like part of the family - not like just another customer.

  Max is the most professional and easy to work with salesperson I have ever dealt with. He was thorough, answered all of my questions, and made sure I was satisfied. In my past car buying experiences at other dealerships, I always felt somewhat nervous wondering if they were going to be upfront and honest or try to take advantage of me . I never felt that way with Max and the Sharrett staff and drove off in my new 2018 Subaru Crosstrek feeling like I was taken care of the way a customer should be. I highly recommend that if you are in the market for a vehicle, head to Sharrett and ask for Max.

  I wasn't plan on buying the day I went in but wanted to get a test drive going on the Outback 2018. Kat was amazing! She didn't have the salesperson mentality as far as being pushy. My experience could not have been any better with Sharrett. Kat went over the car, rode with me and eventually we started talking price. I even traded in my old vehicle which they exceeded what I was hoping for in return. Kat and everyone I met were so friendly and helpful. Some of the most courteous people at a car dealership I've ever met. I would HIGHLY recommend you going to visit them if you are in need of a new vehicle. Thanks Kat and thanks Sharrett!

  I purchased a Mazda3 last week, and I could not be happier with my experience at this dealership; it was by far the best car purchase I've completed. There was no pressure to buy or agree to a deal I didn't want to do. I worked with Kat Whitaker in sales and Ronnie Vinson in finance, and both of them did an excellent job listening to me and helping me work out the best deal for me. Mark Duvall, sales manager, also gave me a fair value for my trade-in.
  
  Every single other time I've purchased or even discussed a car in a dealership, I've been left alone for extreme periods of time to stress and wonder what's going on, but that did not happen at all at Sharrett. This is the the only car dealership I've ever felt totally comfortable in. Also, both Kat and Ronnie stayed late to finish up my purchase, and Kat even showed me all the phone/tech features in my car even though it was 45 minutes past closing time.
  
  I had to come back two days later to drop off the second key for my trade-in and sign a couple other things, and everything was completely organized. I've also since contacted the service department with a general question and received a prompt and helpful response.
  
  The general atmosphere of Sharrett is super positive and upbeat. Both times there, I was greeted immediately and asked if there was anything I needed while I waited. I can't say enough good things--I've never written a review for a car dealership before, but my excellent experience here deserves praise and recognition!
