  Very particular about my massages and Melissa did not disappoint! The ambience is soft and soothing and I felt completely comfortable! Her pressure was perfect and she just has such an amazing personality, it feels like you’ve known her your whole life!
  
  The yoga studio is also very warm and inviting, a fantastic option for the Hampstead area! It’s so wonderful to have the opportunity to do yoga in a studio setting rather than a gym and Rapha delivers all the goods for a holistic approach to health and wellness! Highly recommended
