We've seen Dr. Feldman at pediatric partners in Towson and Bel Air for the last 5 years. I'm surprised to read any negative reviews because we've been very happy with the staff at both. Bel Air is a bit further for us but we prefer this location because the waiting room is larger and less crowded which is nice for a shared sick/well room. Wait times at Bel Air are very minimal.
Generally speaking, we like the office and providers. The only complaint is that if you have a sick child, and you call before they close to make an appointment for the following day, they will not make an appointment. They require you to call the next morning after 8, and invariably, they will not get you in until after 10 or 11. This is very frustrating when trying to coordinate missing work and childcare, as necessary.
We have been bringing our four kids here since 2008. As you can imagine, with four children, there are times when we visit quite often. I am so grateful to have such kind and experienced doctors for our children. Dr. Cox is the best! Our kids love her and she is a great listener.
