My 11 and 13 year old boys have started here and they love it. It is exaclty what I wanted for them. The workouts are like one on one, but also in a group with other boys their age, which they enjoy. Steve, the owner, really knows what he is doing and changes up the workouts so that they stay fresh and fun, and the results are real. His staff are great as well. I feel that my boys now have the "itch" that will stay with them for a lifetime, and for that I say "Thanks!" TNT!!
I was in town for work and wanted to lift some weights. The owner was more than accommodating. Great gym with a great atmosphere and super friendly staff. I even got some great advice on my deadlift form (which I've been doing for over 20 years). I can't wait to go back!
