  I had the pleasure of working with Willy. He's not normally at this store, but he was helping Adam out. It was my first time here as I recently moved into the area, and I have to say that my oil change experience was awesome. They even pointed out some of the stupidity of my Toyota dealer, such as installing my directional tires backwards, which were causing my car to have less traction and wear out quicker. Willy was extremely knowledgeable and really helpful. I will definitely visit this location again, and I hope I can work with Willy again!

  After having a horrendous experience at the Crystal Lake Midas I came here. Adam, I believe his name is, was amazing. The first mechanic to take a test drive with me to make sure he heard what I was hearing. He found the noise, fixed the banging issue the other store didn’t fix, and did it all in one day. He called me and followed up to make sure the noises stayed away. By far the best customer service I have received. Adam is phenomenal and I will take my car to him again.

  Good place to come nice people, friendly atmosphere and they explained everything without pushing sales. It was worth the time and money, 5/5 stars :)
