They were unable to purchase the items I brought in. Why 5 stars then. Here's why. The employee was so kind, professional. He really made sure I didn't feel bad. He explained why he could not purchase what I brought in, then gave me advice on where I could sell other things that I had. Who does that? Great people do that.

I called to ask a simple question about the value of an old $100 bill I found. In less than 10 seconds this guy was able to tell me that it's nothing special and to go ahead and spend it. I didn't find a valuable bill, but I did find a helpful human. Would recommend!
