  A fitness studio that offers great classes. You get a sense of belonging as soon as you walk in the door. The owners and instructors are amazing! The gym is always doing something to help out the community, as well as promoting other small businesses, especially those within the area.

  Finally, after forty years, I have found a gym where I feel like I fit in! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this gym and its instructors!

  I had a chance to talk to one of the owners today at a community event – super friendly and passionate about what she does! Many years of experience in the Health and fitness industry as well :-) so neat to see them get involved in the local community!

  Though my overall rating still holds, I have learned a few tricks and tips from the last 2 months. Through that time I attended 42 classes (Not that I would count myself but their website system is a genius and a breeze to work through and you get special recognition for attending 100 classes!) The feel of the studio is a small community with lots of support from the instructors. They do a fantastic job of adjusting the workout to each persons level. There is a wide variety of personalities in the instructors from Classic Rock to Today's Hits, so you can be sure to find one that builds your motivational muscles. My main qualm with Studio 317: The size/price ratio doesn't match up. During the regular school year Cycle classes fill up pretty quickly (usually 2 weeks out), sometime body pump fills up (though that is less common). Through in the summer time the classes have decreased attendance but with a jump in price to $79 a month no contact (still $45 a month for students, for now) its more than I'm willing to pay from a 20+ minute drive to workout.
