Long wait times, but it is nice to be able to schedule same day or weekend appointments for common issues instead of waiting a week or two to see your regular OB. Unfortunately, you have to have reasonable expectations when visiting these Planned Parenthood clinics which are woefully underfunded. YES, the front desk staff is horrible, but the NPs, doctors and physicians are amazing, kind and helpful. I'm willing to take customer service trade offs to support a clinic that provides very important services to the undeserved.
Very efficient visit. I was nervous about prior reviews but thankfully they didn't seem to hold ground for my visit! I arrived early and was able to get in before my appointment time (it was not busy.) Everyone was very kind, helpful, and patient and the visit was over in no time. Thank you!
This was my first appointment. As for any other first doctor's office visit, I suggest arriving at least 30 min early to allocate for paperwork. My visit was for screening and a pap/exam. Everyone from the front office to the screening rooms were kind, knowledgable, and welcoming. I was nervous about coming here (from previous reviews). However, with a positive and appreciative attitude I received excellent service.
