  I highly recommend Healing Hearts of Indy (Particularly Kathy Henry) . They have masterfully helped navigate personal and family crisis with a personal touch. Equally important is their ability to help you be your personal best during good times and bad. They have a perfect blend of empirically proven psychology with a professional and kind demeanor. I have the highest regard for Healing Hearts and strongly recommend them.

  Counselling was a great experience for me. Learnt so much about myself that really helped me just do life so much better. It was very much a life changer. Did it via Skype which worked really well given the distance. I've experienced a few counsellors before that were good but the difference being I gained much more awareness of my blind spots and have been able to transfer that into my day to day life!

  I've had the privilege of knowing almost the entire team at Healing Hearts of Indy and have been a proud client for a number of years now! Not only are they fantastic at listening and providing resources in the form of group therapy, literature and more, but they are especially adept at molding their approach around your specific circumstances. I never feel like I'm being put into a pre-made templated system. I'm always a fan of improving oneself and their team has rocked it in that department! I always leave feeling like a better version of myself and everyone around me has noticed. Thumbs up all around!
