  Wow! Outstanding customer service and beautiful dresses! I highly recommend them. The best part about shopping here is that they don't make you feel rushed and take the time to answer all of your questions. I also loved that I wasn't ready to commit that afternoon and that was no problem. Zero pressure unlike a lot of shops in Indy. I thought they were honest too. A great experience! : )

  I had such an amazing experience looking for my dress Beloved Brides! They were not pushy at all, and really helped me find a dress that I love. I felt like they really took the time to make sure I was happy and comfortable every step of the way! They were so sweet and helpful, and I'm so happy I got my dress from Beloved Brides!

  I had such a great experience with Beloved Brides! They were very easy to schedule with. I went alone for my first fitting so I could find what I wanted before inviting everyone to go with me. Everyone was so helpful! The store is very small, but there was no one else there during my fitting since I had scheduled my specific time so I felt like a priority. (There is space for two brides to be there at the same time, but no more than that). They measured me when I got there and then pointed me to the dresses that were my size. I think the selection is fairly small but really good! So I just pointed at dresses I liked and they took them all into the fitting room for me. The first one I tried on was the one, and the person who helped me could tell that was the one. She kept saying "do you like this more or less than the first one?" which helped me realize how much I liked the first one. When I came back with my family, they liked a different dress. So I decided to get the one they liked, and my original salesperson came into the fitting room before I left and said "are you sure? I don't want you to be pressured into buying the one you don't want. I know you really liked that first one" and I assured her I was sure. Spoiler alert, I wasn't. The next day I was freaking out because I knew I bought the wrong dress. So I went back and told them I wanted to exchange it for the first one I tried on and it was so easy! They were so understanding and let me exchange it with no hassle. I just paid the price difference. The fittings were super easy too. I had two fittings before I picked it up, and both times I was in and out in 15 minutes. The seamstress really did a great job, my dress fit perfectly and I loved it! I highly recommend this place! Very friendly, understanding, and professional! (If anyone is wondering about pricing, my dress cost a little over $1,000 and the alterations were about $300 (I got it hemmed, taken in at the waist and the bust, and cups added)).

  I had an amazing experience at Beloved! Amanda was super helpful and made me feel beautiful in every dress I tried on. I love that they pull the dresses instead of you because that can be an overwhelming experience. I found my dream dress but needed to ask questions about alterations. It was not a problem for the seamstress to come out and meet with me and my mom to discuss what we wanted done. You guys were awesome!
