Fast and reliable service. Greg came out and diagnosed our well pump problem, gave us the options for repair, replaced our well pump and had our water restored in under two hours. Highly recommended.
I’ve used Bauer Pump and Well on three homes I’ve owned since the late 1980’s. Great, reliable, service every time.
I was referred to Bauer Pump & Well Service from another well service company that had more Google reviews but was too busy to get to me when my well was broken. Greg answered the phone immediately (and has every time I've called) and was at my house the same day. He got me up and running again before he had to run off to the next emergency then circled back to complete the job a few days later.
I felt the price they charged for the work they performed was fair and he did a great job communicating throughout the process. We ended up being impressed enough that we hired him to replace our pressure tank which was something we had been wanting to do for a long time but was apprehensive about calling someone.
By far one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. Came out the day we called and gave us great advice. If you need work done at your home, this is the guy to call. We'll never call anyone else again for service.
