  Dr.Samuelson and Kaiser did a fine job, both with the procedure and the warm and friendly customer service. I recommend Kaiser Permanente 100%.

  I ended up in the ER on memorial day, 10 days after gallbladder removal... Turns out I had a 7mm gallstone stuck in my bile duct.. Thankfully Dr. Samuelson was in on the holiday and could perform a ercp on me right away!! He was wonderful and explained everything to me as I was terrified and he made sure this was the last resort of things to be done. He did great work and saw my family and I right after the procedure and explained everything he had done and what to expect. 3 days later i was worried about some pains and he ordered lab work and then called me right away to explain everything and make sure I was confident with how everything is healing and what's comming next! I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend him! He is serious and compassionate about his job! He makes sure you know exactly what is happening and if you have further concerns he will contact you himself! Great doctor!! Thank you very much Dr.Samuelson!!!

  I have had two colonoscopy / endoscopy procedures with Dr. Samuelson. I have also had the same procedure in different medical facilities so have a basis for comparison. I've found Dr. Samuelson to be personable, thorough and expert. KP's procedure is expeditious as well. I arrived at the facility at 7:45 for an 8:30 appointment, was prepped and into the procedure on time, was in a recovery room an hour later and on my way home by 10:00
