  Kimball came by today to help with our dryer. He came on very short notice, was extremely polite and informed on the issue we were experiencing. He also was very quick. We highly recommend his services!

  Perfect Service. Punctual, Professional, Qualified. Our fridge went out between Christmas and New Years with a full fridge and we were getting ready for a New Years party. Jaimie saved the Holidays for us. He even came back twice to make sure our water in the door was working perfectly, going into the crawl space to turn off the main. They answered the phone and came right over on a Saturday. Jaimie gave us an estimate that seemed reasonable and fair. The service was worth every penny. He guaranteed his work and never asked for additional money above the estimate even when he came back and went the extra mile. Ask for Jaimie.

  We found this company and the appliance technician to be honest, professional and extremely knowledgeable and responsive. Our dishwasher died (2 years old) and a new control board was ordered, after installing it the technician informed us that it did not fix the problem and that more boards were probably bad. He said he did not think it was worth continuing and we agreed. He removed the new board and did not charge us for the two visits. We purchased a new dishwasher the next day and the following day he returned, removed the old one and installed the new one and only charged for the installation. We would absolutely use this company again.

  Marcel was great. I got my appliance repaired four days after he came out an got the part. My machine was fixed and he also helped me move some heavy things i could not do by myself for free. Great service and great company.

  It was my first time using Action Appliance and the experience was good. They had Marcel come out and check my dryer out. He was able to get the repair done right away and set up a vent clean for me as well. Vent cleaner came next day and got the job done.
