  Thanks to the reviews that I was reading, I was able to request for "the key west village" which is newly renovated , and I upgraded to the jetted tub. Best decision!It was so clean, nicely decorated. My boyfriend and I had so much fun! Definitely will be back.

  We loved this resort! We visited summer 2018 and our kids had a great time at all the different pools and other activities planned. Food was good as well. We will be back Summer 2019.

  We just stayed here Jan 6-12 ,2019. Absolutely awesome clean resort with great staff. Pools and Breeze bar and grille were also great. Great staff and food and amenities. I will be returning this fall. A very impressive week

  I stay here 3 or 4 times a year. Always great customer service and great rooms for a great price! Daily activities are offered and multiple pools. It's a half condos/half hotel rooms. All the rooms have full kitchens with appliances, jet stream tubs and balconies. Highly recommended for large family trips or romantic getaways

  Nice friendly staff, clean environment, and spacious rooms. I love that they have a quiet pool and spa. Activity could use work though, very little interaction compared to other resorts in the area and all activities are at additional charges. The stay felt more like a hotel then a resort stay. We visited 3 parks on our stay and noticed nearly every hotel and resort in the area offered shuttle transportation while the Sheraton does not.
