  Bill was incredibly nice, thorough, and professional. He explained the ins and outs of Medicare and made them understandable, which certainly isn't easy! He found the best, yet least expensive, coverage for Medigap and Medicare prescriptions. I went into his office feeling confused and nervous about what Medigap would cost me. I left feeling confident that Bill helped me make the best choices for myself and relieved about the cost. A really nice guy!
