  Our sales person Bruno was a very pleasant young man. He did not pressure us, and had the patience to allow us to test drive 3 different cars. The last one we test drove was the one we bought. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone interested in buying a car from JM Lexus. It was an extreme pleasure doing business with him.

  I was assigned to a young sales person named Ryan Allison. He must be in his 20's but it's clear he gets that good customer service, honesty, and respect are essential to earn a customer's trust. I have been a JM Lexus customer for several years and always have been treated well by the everyone there, but this time around the experience was not good, it was the best so far. Not only Ryan answered all of my questions, but he also went above and beyond to ensure I got the car and the deal that best worked for me. I felt he helped me make a good decision, rather than pushing the best deal for JM. Though I know JM did well on my business, the truth is that I drove off the lot in a better car, feeling satisfied with my purchase and happy with my payment. I call that sales done right. Special mention to the dealer for changing their sales process. I was in and out in 1 1/2 hours, which incredibly fast. Best part, you only deal with one person the whole time. No good cop, bad cop routine there.
