Paul has great customer service and every friendly. He helped me out while I was going though a big move in my life. He made me feel comfortable leaving all my possession at Life Storage and safe.

I was very impressed with Life Storage as a result of a recent call from a staff member. I failed to fully latch the door of my unit, and placed the lock on the latch, thinking it was locked. Shortly thereafter, I received a call, stating such. Upon checking it out, the employee told me that they do regular checks to ensure that the units are properly locked.

I find this to be exemplary service and want to thank the folks at Life Storage for having my back!

Great experience. Excellent place to store my belongings. Clean facility and great prices. Paul Hearne was absolutely amazing. He answered all my questions and made the process so easy. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. I highly recommend this location.
