  This used to be a Brookdale location. It recently switched over to Atria and I was never informed of the change in writing. My bill had a mistake mid change. Atria is not able to access Brookdale's payment balance details. Brookdale says it is the responsibility of the specific location to keep track of the payment balance. Now, I am out $1500! So far, the treatment has been okay, but not sure how it will be with Atria. Highly recommend to thoroughly review all bill statements.

  My Mother has been living at Brookdale Cy-Fair for 2 years. It is a clean facility, and cannot say enough about the management and staff. They have taken very good care of my Mother. They are like family.

  The team at Brookdale Cy-Fair is awesome! My dad had been there for several years and, I must say, we have had some good experiences and some bad. However, they have cleaned house and have very professional, competent people in the right positions. The aids are so kind to the residents. I am very happy with Brookdale Cy-Fair.

  My Mom has been at this facility for over a year now and she has been thoroughly taken care of. She feels at home there and she has a lot of people to interact with. She loves the meals and the activities that are always planned.
  
  I would highly recommend this very clean and professional facility to anyone looking for an Assisted Living environment and especially one that requires Memory Care.
