  My seven year old son has sensory issues and dentist’s appointments are hard in general. Dr. James and his team are very considerate and always try to make our visit comfortable. I went in with my son yesterday for the extraction of his two baby teeth which were creating problems for his new adult teeth. My son was not in a good frame of mind and refused to co-operate. Dr. James handled the situation nicely and explained to me the different options. Ms. Yuliana was in-charge of getting my son prepped up for the procedure. She was kind, calm and very patient with my son. Ms. Yuliana spent one hour and 15 minutes with my son. She was able to gain his trust wherein he allowed her to wiggle his teeth out successfully. I was amazed and very grateful. Kudos to Dr. James for running a practice wherein the comfort of a patient is a priority. I live in Katy and never hesitate to make the 40 minutes’ drive.

  Dr. James office provided an amazing first dental experience for my 2yr old daughter. The tell, show, try it yourself approach is great and the staff is so friendly and caring. I thought for sure our first visit would end up only being a quick look. However they were able to polish, floss, and apply Flouride. No tears, screaming, or resisting at all. I had to pick my smiling daughter up when we were ready to leave because she didn’t want to go.

  Wonderful doctor and staffs. He is the best doctor we have ever seen. He is born with this kindness and talent.

  Dr. James is awesome. We love him! Friendly staff. Clean office. Minimum wait.

  We took our child to Dr. James for the first time and his staff was very professional and kind, our child is actually excited to go back to the dentist! We received text, email and phone call reminders for our appointment and there is plenty of parking! Dr. James does and incredible job making the kids and Parents at ease! Thanks!
