  This place was great! Although I did not actually get services done today, the representative was very helpful. He immediately noticed I had no coolant fluid and topped me off. Very nice guy. I will be going back here in the near future. Definitely recommend.

  Mario was very helpful in explaining the recommendations for my Jeep. Took in my vehicle for inspection that would take 2hours.. an hour and a half later my inspection AND oil change was done! Always a pleasant experience when I come.

  Love these guys (lady too)! I am a complicated customer (I may have to buy one tire at a time:-). Everytime I show up, I ask them to pull magic out of their back pockets. Sometimes they can do the amazing and sometimes they have restrictions, however I sing their praises because they always try to fix my issues with quality work, integrity, and caring... Excellent car care at competitive prices.

  Best Firestone in Houston, moved down to Missouri City from Spring and this location is by far the biggest and busiest I've ever visited. The staff are very kind people and care about your service rather than lining their pockets like most other shops. Highly recommend 10/10. Only downfall is plan on leaving your vehicle even for the smallest oil change as they are VERY busy.
