  We purchased a Miramar wood floor from Dana at the Sugar Land location on HWY 6. It is engineered hardwood in three different widths. They installed a moisture barrier and a layer of thin cork for comfort. Dana came to our home to take the measurements and to both offer advise and answer questions. The installer arrived on time and the floor was complete in one day. Dana helped us order a second threshold that was more to our liking. We will surely consider Floors for Living in the future.

His professionalism, knowledge and expertise in hardwood flooring, made it a smooth and beautiful transition. We were always able to count on Roland LeJeune for quick responses to any and all of our questions that arose.
  
  We were also happy with the installers that were on the job and the professional manner in which they conducted themselves in our home.

  My wife and I worked with Roland Lejeune at the Sugar Land location for a very small, two bathrooms, tiling and installation project.
  Roland came to our house for measurements and and suggested some different options for us to consider.
  The installation crew arrived on time and completed the project well within the scheduled time.
  We could not be more pleased with the finished look and the total professionalism of Floors for Living from the Sales to Installation group and would not hesitate to use or recommend Floors for Living to anyone thinking about a flooring project.

  We worked with Roland at the Sugar Land location.
  We had a wonderful experience with Roland at Floors for Living in Sugarland. We did a lot of research and found this company at the Home & Garden Show in Stafford. We recently bought a new house and wanted to put in hard wood floors. Roland was extremely knowledgeable and worked with our budget and financing to get our new floors. They guarantee their installation for LIFE! The guys showed up on time and finished early. We’ve had a bad experience in the past with a different company, so we were extra cautious. The floors are stunning! We highly recommend Floors for Living!
