  Clean waiting room, attentive staff, and which speaks volumes. She is a very patient through doctor. I appriciate her follow up.

  Dr. Patel is Great! She's very understanding, compassionate and kind. She takes her time with her patients , she listens to them as well as give the proper knowledgeable information and feedback appropriate for whatever the concern or issue is . I wish she was in a different office because I feel she and the front desk office clerk deserve better. You couldn't ask for or have a better PCP than Dr. Patel her nurse also works very close and very well with her . I admire het impeccable work ethics and Awesome Customer service .Whenever Dr. Patel had to referr me out her nurse would always make sure that the doctors office or specialist took my insurance and if she could she would go ahead and schedule the appointment. She's ( the nurse) is Tops at what she does very professional, great customer service and degreed way beyond her office skills. In my opinion I feel she could operate that facility's business way more appropriately , effectively , sufficiently and very professionally with herself , Dr. Patel , Mrs Cindie and whatever other staff that would join in at best as Team members.
  Its a great establishment Dr Patel is an Awesome Dr. her nurse is impeccable and front office clerk Mrs. Cindie is Super I even heard the other Dr is good, but when you have negativity , power hunger , unprofessional people some what managing its not great for the company nor business. I wish you well Dr. Patel & staff .......let me know if you move to another location ill be first in line.
