I had a great experience with Dr. Yoo. He is very thorough and honest with his professional opinion. I felt comfortable and confident knowing that he has my best interest at heart.
Very competent man. Does not speak down to people. Is quite friendly and respectful. I have been to him on more than one occasion for different problems and will return if necessary.
Dr. Yoo was very nice. He took his time to explain everything to me. He was very conservative, not wanting to rush into surgery, but wanting to make sure that was the only alternative. I would highly recommend him.
Quick (after I signed in with all my info)! In and out. Everyone was friendly and I felt the exam was very professional. Will go back any time I feel I have an hearing problem.
