This was my first time shopping here, I went in to look for something to touch up my hair because my stylist moved away. Starr was very friendly and showed me everything I needed. I wasn’t sure about how to use the professional color at first but she showed me their box colors that have everything already in it so all I had to do was buy the products to apply it. The manager was very nice as well and they made me feel comfortable about coloring at home, I will definitely shop here again.
I really like to shop at this store. This is the 2nd time I've been there and every time I go the ladies are so nice and very helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted in nail polish and both ladies helped me find just the right shades. In fact I found their opinion and knowledge was fantastic. I can't wait to go back again because there are so many other items they suggested that I want to get. Their customer service is awesome and the ladies are so sweet. They made my shopping trip so much fun.
I always go to this Sally's location. All the employees are extremely friendly and helpful. I recently had a mess up on my hair color and Farrah I think her name was helped me find the right color to correct it. Not to mention always very clean. I highly reccomend it!!!????
I wish l lived near this Sally store. The manager provided hands on help with exceptional service and a dynamic attitude. She was personable and took care of me like family. This is the first Sallys I've been in where several professional equipment was actually on the shelf and available for purchase. For instance today l bought wheels for my hair dryer and a stylist cart. These are items that must be ordered via catalog at other Sally stores. There were several options available in these items so it was affordable not to mention they were on sale! The store was clean, fully stocked and believe me because l went down each aisle and looked on both sides if them, and the other employees were friendly. I am impressed and satisfied with my purchases today!!
