  I’ve been staying here 3 months now I’ve absolutely haven’t had any complaints, the office manager WENDY is very nice and caring

  This apartment complex is extremely pretty and looks good the only problem is the back buildings are close to the woods so i cant keep my patio door open or bugs will fly in.

  This apartment complex is really nice now. Although lot of these comments are bad i feel it was due to poor management of before companies, TX EXCEL now manages Timbers and i myself think that the apartments have gotten a lot better. THEY ARE NOT PERFECT. But they are a new company and might as well be god sent compared to old companies!

  Since the new management "TX EXCEL" took over as of (10/22/2018) the overall quality of the property has UNBELIEVABLY improved!
