A friend of mine gave me Joseph Focil's number at Focil's Construction. He was recommended to us not only for their quality of service, but also for their quality of character. I got impressed from day one when I asked him to meet me at 1PM on a Sunday and I arrived at home at 12:45 coming from my daughter's volleyball game and Joseph was waiting in front of my house already. I had contractors not even showing up for an estimate. That was a good start. He spent 2 hours showing us his ideas which not only were much better ones than the ones my wife and I had in mind but a much lower price than what we had budgeted for the project. We recently completed the design phase of our project with him and his team and have been extremely pleased with their collaborative approach, transparency, proactivity, and expertise. We have been set up for a successful journey as we kick off the construction phase and can’t wait to see the final output!
If you are shopping around YOU MUST MEET THIS GUY and his team! You will lose a great opportunity.

Focil Construction remodeled our floors, kitchen and bath. We cannot recommend them highly enough. Joseph and his team of expert craftsmen surpassed all of our expectations. They did a great job, their prices were competitive and we enjoyed working with him.

Joseph is the best contractor, simply put!
When I met Joseph, I had a lot of questions about the remodeling process, timing and, especially our budget.
He was always responsive and understanding of all my concerns. We moved out of the house, so Joseph and his team could finish the Kitchen on time. When we came back, I was so amazed by the quality and everything he did, emphasizing every single detail and staying true to the promise of his timing and budget.
Honestly, I can only say that he’s the best in the business.

I remodeled my entire kitchen, bathroom, installed new floors, painting and drywalls and it looks amazing. I highly recommend. Quality contractor with great customer service and price.
