  I can not say enough great things about Tom O’Neil and his team from New London Electric. I got a lot of estimates from other competing businesses for a whole home generator and not only were they the lowest bid for the exact same model as the others were offering but it was by thousands! His team installed everything and did a fantastic job showing us how to use it and working with us to set up the WiFi features. If you need any electric work or looking for a generator I highly recommend New London Electric. They are a mom and pop shop and their customer service shows that. They care and they are responsive.

  After looking at a ton of reviews online I decided to go with New London Electric to fix my aluminum wiring with alumiconn connectors, replace old receptacles, add and replace several new fans/lights/outlets, add recessed lighting, and organize wires in an unfinished room. It was a big job but they were able to do it in a little more than one day and everything looks and works exactly as I had hoped or better. They did a great job and I would definitely use them again next time. I got price quotes from several companies beforehand and New London's price was actually lower than average, as well.

  Highly recommend New London Electric! They were able to fit the job in 2 days after the request and were very accommodating to my schedule changes the day of the appt. TJ was very respectful, timely, and informative during the job. Will use them again in the future and refer my family and friends. Thank you!

  Our experience with New London Electric could not have gone better! Tim O'Neill provided a prompt response to our request for an estimate, TJ and his co-worker arrived on time, did the work quickly, provided expert advice, cleaned up all traces of the work, and did the job for the quoted price. Excellent value, experience, and service. We love the new ceiling fan and feel more secure in our home now that we can use the generator thru our new electric panel. THANK YOU!!!

  Highly recommend using New London Electric if you want the job done right the first time. Family run company that is reasonable and honest on pricing. Their wiring is very neat and organized and they do not take short cuts. I've had them install a generator at my house, along with track lighting in my kitchen, some other interior lighting, and also exterior lighting.
