I had my original sleep study here 9 years ago and continue to go yearly for a follow up. They have always been timely and prompt and given me all the supplies I needed to ensure my sleep is great w/ my CPAP.

I previously dated a sleep technologists so I had an idea of what sleep centeres were like. I had a sleep study done about 5 years prior in Elk Grove, which was awful - it was like a hospital room.
This time around we were on a short timeline. Nose/Throat Surgery had already been discussed & scheduled with my ENT. But we had to do the sleep studies to make sure we covered all our bases. The staff at Contegra Sleep Services were awesome! They really worked with me to get my study scheduled ASAP, then they inform me I had to possible have a 2nd Cpap sleep study done & set up an appointment with the neurologist. I had not been told any of this & was again on a short time line of about a month! They told me to tell the staff the night of the sleep study to put a rush on the interpretation. Then they were able to squeeze me in with the Neurologist who's first appointment was a month AFTER my scheduled surgery! They got me in before my surgery.
It is a nice facility & the staff was very nice & polite. One the first "nocturnal" sleep study I made sure they marked it as a rush to get the interpretation report back from eh Neurologist. Within 4-5 days of the sleep study they called me with results & to set up & Schedule the CPAP sleep study. I explained the short time line we were on with the surgery being scheduled already. They actually had a cancellation & were able to get me in that night to get the sleep study done.
Went I went for my first sleep study they wanted my deductible up front. Which is not uncommon now a days. So I gave them $1,200 the day before. With the 2nd sleep study they had previously mentioned I would have to pay the 20% out of pocket my insurance didn't cover. So when they were able to to get me in for the 2nd sleep study the following week I was in a money crunch. I had just totally my car the day after my first sleep study! I explained my situation & they were great about it. Since I had just handed then $1,200 the week prior they said they would just submit it to the insurance company and bill me for the remainder owed.
I seriously can not say enough nice things about the entire experience working with Contegra Sleep Services! In a stressful time in my life they worked with me & made it as smooth flowing as possible!
