Chicken was juicy and perfectly cooked. The sides of pinto beans and Mexican rice are mildly seasoned and make a pleasant contrast to the Pico de gallo and spicy red salsa. Roll it all up in your tortilla of choice and it's a magical thing :)

Very happy to have a great roasted chicken place on the SE side of town!
