  The people at this location are what make it a five star place to workout. Brenda and Michael are attentive, knowledgeable trainers who go the extra mile for their clients. The front desk staff are always friendly and often greet my by name. The equipment is in great working order with many new machines, kettlebells, and TRX. The gym is clean and quiet. I had never worked out so consistently before joining this gym.

  Great place to work out. They just upgraded their equipment adding quite a range of activities. Always clean and quiet.

  What a great gym! Love the staff, always friendly and willing to help with whatever questions you might have. And it's conveniently close to where I'm at in Lakewood! Thanks guys :)
