  Can't say enough how much I love the food and flavors at this place! It's the only place that will have my mouth watering over meatloaf lol

  The food is delicious!! Great servings. Cornbread perfect! Catfish seasoned and breaded perfect.(fresh out of the grease). Yams sweet, but not overly sweet. Okra seasoned well. Pleasantly surprised. Will be back soon.

  First time in Colorado and this place by far was #1!! The owner was very nice and made sure we enjoyed every bit of his food!!! Pork chops, Meatloaf, yams, Mac n cheese and red beans/rice WERE THE BOMB DOTCOM! Texas taste all the way I loved it!!

  The catfish and greens were very tasty! Will definitely be back! IIwoukd have given the full five stars except for the restaurant appearance. It could use some upgrading and cleaning to be a more comfortable atmosphere. Otherwise I love the food!

  Food was amazing! I had the HALF CATFISH FILET value meal. The fish was cooked perfectly and the rice with gravy reminded me of my moms home cooking! The staff was super friendly and polite! Elizabeth is a saint and the rest of the staff is great! I'll be coming back often!
  
  I met the owner Mel today and he is a great person and owner! His food is amazing and the conversation I had with him about how much he loves his company and the food he cooks will keep me coming back daily!!!
